The Middleton Company
A considered way forward.
The Middleton Company
Marketing, Amazon FBA, white labelling and freight, brought together in one company.
The company
The below are our 4 key business models, in order of development.
Need just the 1 service? Or maybe all 4?! We are here to accommodate.
Our business
Four areas of work, each one supporting the others.
Web Design, Social Media management, Universal Content Creation, and Advertising.
Need help running your online store? We are here to assist in any aspect you find yourself struggling with.
Need some branded equipment for the office? Or maybe even a new uniform? With your input, we’ll cover the entire process whilst keeping you in the know.
To be developed… We are here to move your goods, and to act as storage for any business-related goods you need storing.
The longer view
The ambition is not to collect disconnected ventures. It is to build capabilities that strengthen one another.
Leadership
Direct contact, without layers between the company and the people responsible for it.
Contact
For marketing, online store support, branded equipment and uniforms, or moving and storing goods, contact either director directly.
Real barbershop work
Waterlooville barbershop. Real shop. Real local audience.
The starting point
In early 2025, Jack left his chair rent behind to build something of his own. There was 1 big problem: no website, no content and no way to grow beyond word of mouth.
Elevate Hair Lounge is the kind of shop that already had quality. The job was to help package that quality properly online, build more trust, and make the shop easier for local customers to notice and choose.
The journey
Since mid-2025, Jack has gone from barbering in his shed, to his first shop, and on to a second, bigger location in August 2026.
“More visibility, more bookings and more of the right customers.”
Real results
Since going out on his own, Jack has had us by his side every step of the way. We built him a content strategy focused on near-constant visibility, keeping his barbershop in front of new and existing customers week after week.
We also developed his booking system on NearCut, turning his social content into a direct driver of appointments.
Take a look at his two profiles. His barbershop account has fewer posts and fewer followers than his personal profile. But it reaches nearly 3,000 non-followers every month, with reach up 70% and growing.

70.6% reach growth
Fewer posts. Bigger impact. That’s what a content strategy looks like.
The website
We are building Elevate Hair Lounge a new website to go with the new name. Here is a walk through it, recorded on the site itself.
